It\u2019s what we emphasise, how we explain an issue, and what we leave unsaid. These choices affect how people think, feel and act.<\/p><p>How family separation happens \u2013 and so what can prevent it \u2013 is neither widely known nor understood.<\/p><p>The framing strategy and recommendations that follow are designed to navigate this challenge. They sit alongside work by Tanya\u2019s Dream Fund to keep families together and at the centre of the child protection system.
