The Voice of Adversity

To enable families with experience of adversity to articulate their needs and aspirations and provide greater insight into family crisis to help service providers improve the services’ relevance while empowering sustained, creative, voluntary collaboration at community level that informs institutional planning and public service delivery. This will be achieved by developing and piloting mentorship methodology with 12 mentors representing 9 social service providers in 7 locations in Bulgaria working with 135 parents, children and young people in adverse family situations
