Participation, Advising, Collaboration, Trust (PACT)

To further develop, strengthen and support a group of active parents and young people with lived experience of care in Bulgaria to become advisors of TDF; to enable them as “Expert Friends” (EF) of TDF by developing their self-advocacy and leadership skills; and to capture and share the learning from that collaborative process.
