Daily guide for Embracing Diversity

To initiate the process of transformation of personal and professional attitudes of TDF partners, team and Steering Committee members by delivering “Embracing Diversity” trainings instilling knowledge, skills, and behaviour conducive to diversity and inclusion. Trainers will help trained partners in developing relevant organisational policies, alongside crafting a manual for policy design and implementation.

The project includes an additional objective to influence expert discourse in Bulgaria and the EU on the importance of preventing child-family separation by organising three events within the International Step by Step Association’s (ISSA) conference on early childhood development (Sofia, October 22-25, 2024).
