Developing Parent Activism (PA) in Bulgaria

To provide support and resources to parent activists and parent-led organisations in Bulgaria, especially those with experience of the child protection system to engage in activism and pursue their vision of change for children thriving in families, whilst increasing the number and strengthen the connections between parent activists, and with their allies.

Through the development of participatory grant-making (PGM) the initiative will support shifting the power to parents with lived experience of the child protection system, so they can define their priorities, shape solutions, and start building their long-term strategy to achieve the change they want to see so children grow and thrive in families.
