To create an innovative map of the system that underpins keeping families together in Bulgaria and recommend approach to scaling what works in preventing family separation. Spring Impact (SI) will employ Nexial’s expertise in complex systems mapping and will work with local partner to bring new insights and unexplored perspectives about the care system, its gaps, relationships, promising solutions for prevention, and a way to scale for those interested to embark on such journey to increased impact.
