Strengthening Families Through Narrative Change

To seize the window of opportunity opened with the approval of European Child Guarantee by establishing and increasing the salience of a new narrative in Bulgaria (provisionally: ‘a happy childhood for every child’) that shifts the cultural and political landscape to supporting children and families facing adversity. The work will be coordinated with Eurochild and local partners who advocate in the EU and in Bulgaria to influence and advance the implementation of the Child Guarantee.
